Data is collected exclusively to respond to your quote request, manage the commercial relationship and contact you regarding the service. It is not used for automated marketing nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
The legal basis for processing is explicit consent (form checkbox, Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the legitimate interest in replying to the visitor's request (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, after which it is automatically deleted, unless legal obligations require a longer retention period (e.g. invoicing records).

Data sharing and transfers
Data is processed within the European Union. It may be shared only with technology providers acting as Data Processors (e.g. transactional email provider, hosting). No transfers occur to non-EU countries without an adequacy decision. Plausible Analytics, when active, operates anonymously (cookieless) and does not collect personal identifiers.
